Hi Stephan, Thank you for your review. We're so happy to hear you had a epic time with an amazing Trip Leader, great group and fantastic activity options in NZ! We're sorry to read that there was some initial confusion about how to book your optional activities through our app. We understand you spoke to our customer service team and we're glad to hear that they were there to help and provide you with assistance on navigating the app.The suggestion of speaking to your Trip Leader about booking your optional activities was in direct relation to the Hobbiton movie set visit and only in the event you were unable to purchase the activity prior to your departure, either through our app or directly as a secondary option. This was a top tip from our customer service team as this is a super popular activity and typically needs to be booked outside of 2 weeks from departure - we don't want our customers to miss out! From reviewing this further, we unfortunately were unable to locate any reported technical errors or issues at the time of your communication with our customer service team. However, please do be assured that that we have since forwarded your feedback to our app team for further investigation. Thank you for bringing this to our attention! Your insights on the itinerary are also appreciated, and we’ll keep them in mind. Thanks once again for your review and we hope to see you on another adventure soon!
