I'm sorry to hear you have had issues with our products, but the email you have received from my colleague is standard practise for how we deal with all faulty items, as, from the images alone, we may be able to resolve the issue. Furthermore, the images provided normally negate the need for collection of the faulty items, which also speeds up the refund/replacement process from our side aswell.
