I was really sorry to read your feedback regarding receiving a faulty toner from us. Thank you for taking the time to speak with me, to explain the situation in more detail. As I advised during our telephone call, our compatible products are of a very high standard and to receive a leaking toner is very unusual. I know that you have ordered them in the past and never had any trouble before with our cartridge. It is clear from the description you gave me that you were sent a faulty toner. I wish to advise you that a replacement has been arranged, this will be with you on Thursday. Once again I am sorry for any inconvenience caused due to you receiving a faulty toner.
