Hi Jesol, Thank you for taking the time to leave the feedback on your recent order with us, and I'm sorry to hear it is not up to your expectations. I can see from the case you have reported a faulty unit with us, and a colleague has emailed asking for 3 images. 1 of the product, 1 of the printer (to ensure the product is correct) and 1 of the error message to see if this is a generic fix that we can resolve without having to inconvenience you any further by having to wait for a new cartridge to come out. I have now taken over the case as these images have still not been received. As mentioned in my latest email to you, this issue would have been resolved had the images been received, when requested. As soon as the images have been received, I can assure you this will be resolved promptly for you.
