Hi There, Thank you for taking the time to review your order, and I'm truly sorry this is not up to the standards we aim to provide here at TonerGiant. I can see the order was picked and dispatched on the 1st July for a next day delivery service with FedEx, who then advised this was attempted on the 2nd July but nobody was present to accept the delivery. You then contacted us, and we returned the order to sender and refunded you, as you told us you no longer needed the cartridge. Next time you need to place an order, give us a call, and I will try and divert the order to a warehouse that uses DPD, and will upgrade this to a free of charge AM service for you.
