Thank you for your positive feedback. However, I'm sorry to hear of the difficulties you had with the sizing on the Chukka boot. Sadly I would not like to guarantee you that a different pair of Chukka boots will fit if you had that much of a problem with the first pair, but as you stated, because they are handmade there will be slight variations.
