Sorry to see that you were not happy with both the service and the shoes. We are owned by the same mail order group as Clifford James, but is run as a seperate company and are not the same shoes or brand. However, I can see that a full refund has been processed for you and if you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Sorry to see that the service you received was not up to scratch. I can see that your order was originally despatched from us on the 30th of June (at 1:49am!) but sadly went missing with the courier which is unfortunately out of our control. As soon as we were made aware of the situation, a refund was processed as requested.
As a return customer ( now a 5 pair customer), I found the quality and value of the Samuel Windsor range to be excellent. I wear a different pair each day and my feet are much happier.

Good, all-round items, quality and workmanlike finish.

The shoes were excellent once i got them but the who service provided was dreadful.

Our apologies for the service you received. It appears that the couriers lost the shoes between them picking them up from you and delivering back to us. We have since claimed for these missing shoes and did get them replaced as soon as we were made aware of the missing delivery. I hope that you are now happy with the replacement shoes.
