I would recommend the company to other people.However the on line invoices never have al the details on them.

All 'non account' skip hire customers receive a tax invoice alongside the payment and delivery notifications by email. If you feel this isn't the case then please do let me know via the below contact details and I will look into this personally.

feel confident using this company.
very competitive on price.delivered and picked up when they said.very helpful with siting of the skip.would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.
Very good service,delivered and collected on days specified,no hesitation in using this company again

Very rude customer service, extremely poor collection service, very expensive and damage to property on collection.
Driver was as helpful as he could be given the circumstances the office put him...

After numerous attempts to contact the customer, regrettably our efforts to discuss the feedback and find a resolution were not successful.
The customers points were discussed with the skip hire department, who had the following responses.
1. Price - The customer's chosen skip was not available on the day, two skips of the equivalent size were offered at no extra cost. The customer requested two larger skips, agreeing to the additional cost.
2. Collection - Upon collecting the skips, both were found to be overloaded and unsafe to transport, the customer was advised to reduce the load. After kindly obliging, the collections were rebooked, but we were unfortunately unable to meet the time restrictions set by the customer on a number of occasions.
3. Damage - We have not been formally made aware of any damage to property.
Whilst we hate to have an unhappy customer, in this instance we feel we are unable to remedy the situation any further due to lack of communication. However, we will use the points raised to improve our service in the future.

Drop off in plenty of time however whilst the lift out time was ok the driver was miserable and not a patch on the Pink skip drivers
