Very very disappointed with the company

I made my order with Tirlán Farmlife on the 3rd October I made several phone calls to the customer care helpline from the 14th to 18th October,wondering if my order was ever going to be delivered!...

Hi, thank you for your feedback, i know my Customer Service colleagues were speaking with you directly on this at the time, our apologies for the delays and lack of clarity from the pallet courier at the time, we have raised this internally with them to improve and provide more accurate information in real-time. They did confirm delivery was completed on the 21st.
