I asked to change my policy from an iPhone X to an 11 and there change over was very quick and sufficient

Looks like good insurance at a reasonable price.
The insurance was easy enough to set up and hopefully provides the cover I need. Fortunately to date I haven't had the need to make a claim so I am unable to comment any further. So far so good.

Good website
One of the few insurers offering the mobile phone cover I needed. Could all be set up from website, no hanging around on the phone.

Phone insurance claim
The overall service was good however I feel the lady I spoke to on the phone was a bit too blunt
However the claims process was nice easy
