Easy to arrange and purhase.

Have used Tic travel many times and found them competitive price wise and easy to deal with online.

Website and details easy to navigate.

I had a 15% discount quote saved but 3 days later the 15% didn't apply - I guess it expired, I'm ok with that but I don't think the notification popped up or into my email saying only 1 day left or...

I have sent 2 emails with enquiries but am yet to hear back about either. If you do not provide a contact phone number, then at least reply to your emails.

I didn't have to claim (fortunately) This is the 2nd time I've used Tick insurance and it seems like a good product with plenty of good reviews.

Value for money, easy form, I have been using and encouraging family and friends for years now.
