The whole booking process was really simple and easy to follow. It clearly explained my options and allowed for a quick booking.

Pretty good service

Terrible communication
It was nigh on impossible to get a resolution to my issue. Several contacts I made simply said they could not help me and sent me email contacts that did not work. There was no accounting for the...

Simple and easy
Simple and easy, and follow up emails were helpful with all details I need. Only think was that when choosing the breakfast grab and go it wouldn’t let me select for both people only one?

Would have liked to been able to use my student discount of short breaks and not just theme park tickets.
Relatively easy booking process to find available dates.
