The website was simple and easy to use which made the booking easier, more detail about food and hotel information would be good however the website made the booking simple.

Simple yet effective system
Quick and easy process, no hassle in terms of finding the option to print my tickets, or receiving confirmation

Customer Service
Excellent customer service through the lockdown. Voucher issued due to lockdown worked perfectly on rebooking!

Booking was easy
It was very easy to make a booking for a Thorpe park break 2 days at the park with an over night stay. Looking forward to it as it will be my first weekend with the family this year,
