Setting a routine helps me sleep, all of the sleep products soothes me into a deeper sleep. Highly recommend and as I travel quite a lot I am turning others onto their great products.

I ordered a more expensive bottle of the deep sleep pillow spray as it said there was a free sample of a different product of theirs but no sample came. I emailed and they said they had run out of...

Unfortunately we can see two orders on our system. If you believe this order was not authorised we would advise contacting PayPal about this transaction as we can see this order was not placed by one of customer service members.
In regards to your second order I can confirm this order has been dispatched. If you would like a refund for the first order then please return this item to our head office. If you would like more information on our returns policy please email us at info@thisworks.com.
