Hi. As stated in our terms and conditions we offer a 14 working day return policy, including all delivery charges on non-faulty items . A reasonable amount of time for an item to be returned that you have ordered incorrectly. You returned your items after 22 working days (a month including weekends). Despite being outside of our terms and conditions we still issued a full refund on your products, 7 working days after we received them and well within the 30 days that we are required by law. I will contact you privately to ensure that you have received this refund. We always aim to be flexible and provide the best possible level of service and are sorry that you feel we did not react fast enough on this occasion. Shane.
