Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience on your delivery arrangement. We send a lot of our orders out every week and have a very high success rate with the courier and this incident is very unusual for them. Unfortunately on this occasion they have admitted to the error for the untimely delivery and we will continue to monitor the situation. I apologise again, this is not acceptable and I have issued a refund for the difference paid for a Saturday delivery. Robert K Web Manager
