I didn’t buy anything, they did not have a PayPal option at the checkout , PayPal is the only way I buy anything online because of their buyer protection

Hi, thank you for your feedback and I'm sorry that you didn't get to experience the great choice of products and service that we have to offer. We have looked at working with PayPal before but they don't currently meet our requirements as a partner in terms of fees and customer service. PayPal have a 1.2 star service level on trustpilot, working with a company that offers such a low level of customer service would have a negative effect on our business and reputation. Our payment provider Opayo (formerly SAGE) is one of the UKs best known payment providers, your payment is just as safe if not safer with them. Your buyer protection is also already provided by your card provider, its not exclusive to PayPal they just like to pretend that it is. If you would reconsider and give my company the opportunity to prove to you that we can supply the tools that you need safely and efficiently I will personally oversee your order and deliver it to you for free, you can call me Monday to Friday on 02086643768. Well I couldn’t agree with you less about PayPal, I have been using their service for years and the customer service and buyer protection has been exemplary. I never buy anything in line with out going through PayPal Regards Steve Thackwell
