Thank you for your response, Tara. I appreciate the acknowledgment, however the most disappointing aspect of this experience has been the inconsistent handling of the case despite the issue being recognised by multiple members of the team. Given the premium nature of the purchase, the very long wait for stock availability, and the significance of this particular Kaaba gold bar design, I still hope The Royal Mint can provide a clear and fair resolution rather than generic responses and uncertainty regarding replacement availability. I remain hopeful this matter can still be resolved appropriately.
