My order did not arrive in time, in fact I still haven't received it although it was due yesterday. Very disappointed as bought it as a birthday present.
Whilst the tree did not arrive as requested or planned, their service is rectifying the situation was second to none and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.
sorry I cannot comment as I have yet to receive confirmation this has been delivered and I am VERY concerned as this tree originally started its journey on 22 august
and it is now 27 august.

I am REALLY disappointed it appears this has not been delivered please let me know where this tree is - Obviously if it has suffered due to too long without water I wiii expect you to replace it without a problem

Easy to order, although the opportunity to review the message and/or spelling on the gift card/plaque would be better.
The tree was lovely, however the carton was a little damaged, I appreciate that...
