Good value. Was looking for a new lock as old one was begining to give trouble with certain keys. Wanted a direct replacement so as to just have a straight swap and not have to do any woodwork....

Good, easy, non-invasive fitting. Would be even better if available in black.

Works well - simple and non-invasive. It’s a shame though that it’s available only in white. We have black crittal windows so ERA really should offer black as an option (for the 825 also).

I’ve had one of these for several years and have recently bought a second for a new gate. The lock has been really good although the paint has peeled off one of the handles over the years.

3 extra keys. Delivered next day. All work fine.
