Hello, we're really sorry to learn of the difficulties you've experienced when trying to complete purchase online. We aren't aware of any issues on our end. We've just done a test and everything is running smoothly.
We aim to collect a card payment within 5-7 working days which is standard across the industry, similarly, a direct debit will collect within 10 working days once the policy has been set up.
