I'm sorry you feel this way. As previously discussed, we did follow your delivery instructions to the letter and delivered on the date of your choosing. Soft cheeses like Brie are not suitable to send a month in advance and we have this information available on our website. We also encourage customers to ask us if there is anything they are unsure of. Should you ever change your mind, our offer of free delivery will still stand.

The cheese was delivered when requested and perfectly packaged with ice packs to maintain the condition, a total hit with our guests at my husband's 50th celebration.
