I have used this company a couple of times, and the service and the products have been great. All those that have received the engraved box have been really impressed.
Still haven't received the items I ordered on 31/5/13

Thank you for your order and the corresponding feedback.
I have just seen that you never supplied a postal code when placing the order. In previous incidents the order will either take a few more days to reach you or is returned to sender (The Cufflink Store).
Please confirm if order is received, alternatively if we receive the order back I will contact you asap to request a postal code.
