They did what they said on the tin - I had no contact with anyone other than by automated e mail, but that was not a problem but it does not set it apart from the big agencies.
Couldn't have asked for better service. I'm not used to booking holidays online but the staff at Best of Exmoor couldn't have been more helpful. I feel that if any problems occur they will sort it out
Pretty property. Smelly, damp, noisy macinator,log fire but no logs until day before we left. Property entered when we weren't home to drop logs in. Simple kitchen basics not supplied.
