Easy to use website and very good service

Purchased a BBQ which arrived damaged. It took a while to get any response from customer service.. 5 days on and still waiting for something to happen although they do now seem to be doing something....

Easy to order on line. Arrived within 2 days. Delivery company even rang up 20 mins before delivering to make sure someone would be there to sign for it. Even waited a few minutes for my daughter...
