I ordered a sample of wallpaper, it came the next day.

The wallpaper I ordered did not look like the picture on the website. There is no returns label either!! The only positive was the text service is handy and it was delivered when it said it would be...

We were out and left it with neighbours and he asked if possible to leave with them and left clear details on the calling card

I WAS TOLD DELIVERY WOULD BE BETWEEN 3 AND 5 DAYS. IT TOOK 8 WORKING DAYS. THE PRICE WAS GOOD WITH REASONABLE DELIVERY COSTS, BUT IT TOOK 7 WORKING DAYS EXCLUDING SUNDAYS TO SEND OUT THE PRODUCT.

Easy to order goods and received a confirmation receipt however have yet to have a delivery or any indication of the arrival date, even though the have the goods in store. Contacted them by phone and...

Very friendly staff on the phone but sadly no communication from delivery people on date or times.

It took 1 week to get my order I don't have a problem with that but at least you could have sent me a email or some kind of communication about my order I just didn't no when I was about to receive...

Excellent value, bistro set was much cheaper than other stores, recommended!

QUICK AND RELIABLE NO COMPLAINTS HERE. I ORDERED 8 LIGHTS AND UNFORTUNATELY ONE OF THEM HAD A SMALL CRACK IN IT. I ONLY NEEDED 7 BUT ORDERED 1 AS A SPARE.
