Sweet Success レビュー

I'm so sorry about this - on your order you'd requested a couple of cupcake taste samples, and it sounds as if you may have been sent some which weren't in the best condition. When we pack our boxes of cupcakes for sale, any which aren't in good condition (damaged cases etc) are rejected, and I suspect you may have been sent a few of these as a taste sample - apologies! Many thanks for taking the time to give feedback, Rebecca

Oh dear! I'm so sorry - each pack of cake mix should have a label on the back with instructions, it sounds as if you have received a pack which was not labelled correctly. The full instructions for each type of cake mix are available to download from our website as pdf files which you can view online or print - the links to each instruction leaflet are here http://www.sweetsuccess.uk.com/cake_mix.asp If you prefer, just email info@sweetsuccess.uk.com to let us know which type of mix you have, and I can email you a copy of the instructions. Many thanks for taking the time to give feedback, Rebecca
