Sweet Success レビュー

Thanks so much for the kind comments - I'm glad you enjoyed the cake! Hope the wedding went well, and we look forward to sending you more cakes in the future! Many thanks for taking the time to give feedback, Rebecca

I'm so sorry about this - if you had let us know earlier we would have resent this order for you already. You ordered a taste sample pack which are usually sent by Royal Mail. We use Royal Mail to keep costs down as we offer free delivery on samples order, but unfortunately this means it is not a trackable service and we didn't know your order had not been delivered till we read your feedback - many apologies. Normal orders are sent by a trackable next day courier service. We processed the order on the same day it was placed, but it seems it may have been lost in the post - I'm so sorry about this, and will resend another sample pack for you tomorrow. Many thanks for taking the time to give feedback, Rebecca
