Sweater Shop レビュー

very bad

Excellent service, dispatched immediately.

To make the order was not so easy, probably there was some misunderstanding about the item, because the colour I chose was not available.

I ordered 2 sweaters, lavender and rose, they came faster than when I order products in my own country.

No difficulty picking from the selection offered Was received about 7. Days later. Well pleased with colour and size

Quick delivery. Simple and environmentally friendly packaging.

I spoke to a lady in customer service, she was courteous and very professional. She gave me a tracking number and asked me to contact them again if my products didn’t arrive.

The delivery was late

My experience with the Sweater Shop is that their customer service is exceptional and very seamless. Within just a couple of days I have a shipping notice. Tracking after that is a breeze.

I worked with Paul on the first set of hats that I ordered. He was a great help. I would definitely work with him again.
