Everything went smoothly. The website is easy to use and the transaction happened just as they advertised. Well done.

Hi Baptiste,
I am very sorry that the package has taken so long to get to you. We have send your order twice, and we have also sent you the two tracking references. Unfortunately Canada Port is severely delayed.

They sent one of the items I ordered and contacted me to tell me they didn't have the second. We worked on a substitute which was perfect.
