App worked really poorly on phone. But the site worked well when I switched to my laptop

Very helpful when I had to rebook a reservation because the hotel I had booked was closing down. Gabby was very helpful in finding me another hotel with the same room layout.

Wonderful experience. Even lead to our adjacent rooms being upgraded to a suit. Will definitely use again.
