Usability was great. Interface was very easy to use. The confirmation also came quick from Suiteness as well as the hotel

Website was so easy to use. Great people are running the show... they got right back to me with answers to my questions. I'll get back to you after the trip to let you know how it all goes!

Cherie has been super helpful throughout my entire reservation process. I've made many changes as my group grew and shrunk and she has been responsive, friendly and extremely helpful. ...

Prompt responses to all our questions and received instant confirmation of our reservation from them and 24 hours from the actual hotel.

Cherie was so warming and helpful. Robbie stepped in when Cherie was away and they both were so responsive and knowledgeable. They made the experience so easy. Thank you!

Great experience and responded to requests promptly.

Quick, easy, and interactive with helpful people that have great knowledge of each property. I like the web page layout and booking process. Awesome pics of each room type really helps.
