I am so happy I found Suiteness! Booking a hotel was very easy, and I even had someone e-mail me right away for any special requests I had!

Hi there!
Thank you so much for the feedback. Resort fees are the only fees that are not included in our rates because it is a hotel fee we are not able to collect. We note it in the booking policies and reiterate it in the receipt to relay the hotel's policies since we are not able to collect it.
I'm so sorry about the confusion and would love to offer you a discount off your next stay with us to allow us another chance of giving you an amazing experience.
Please reach out to me and my team directly at concierge@suiteness.com anytime or at (415) 857-2359.
Thank you again for the feedback,
Cherie

Hi Matt -
Thank you again for your feedback and patience! I have taken a better look into your booking and connected with the hotel. There was a price discrepancy between what was reflected on our website and what was billed. We have refunded your account the price difference and would to give you 5% off your next booking with us. We are also looking into why this has happened to prevent you and any future guests from experiencing this.
We always want to make sure our guests are taken care of and receive accurate information. Please never hesitate to reach back out to us for any reason at concierge@suiteness.com or (415) 857-2359.

Great for a family of 8!
I have lots of kids and this was the easiest experience I have ever had booking a room combination large enough to accommodate all of us. I'll definitely use their services again!
