Ruined Christmas gifts!

Communicate quickly and honestly if orders will be delayed. When it all goes wrong and doesn't arrive in time don't offer a 10% discount off the next order.... like you will order again! Compensation...

Super cute and easy to customize but not a good match if you need it urgent

Not long lasting or waterproof

Delivery timeframe was satisfactory. Presentation and packaging and instructions were 100%. Quality was disappointing. Labels are not waterproof and come off if get wet. Clothing labels also wash off...
