The courier service we use has a ‘safe leave’ option which we always opt for to avoid issues for our customers. We understand that the driver didn’t contact you to notify you of the delivery, and we will raise this with the courier.
Used to think it was great but they now are sending inferior quality candles go back to bolsius candles they were great

We’re sorry that the candles delivered to you were not to your standard. As our Customer Service Manager Kirsty has explained, we were out of stock on our usual item and needed to implement a replacement. We understand that rather than have us collect the items delivered to you, you were happy to wait until the original product was back in stock and reorder then.
