We were very disappointed to hear that you had experienced a very poor service with our team. We set ourselves very high standards in our customer service and thus the reason why Stephensons has been supplying the best bars and restaurants for over 140 years. I can only assure you that this matter has been highlighted to the Directors and are now looking at what steps can be taken in the future to ensure this does not happen again.
Once again, we are very sorry for the service you received and hope you will consider using Stephensons again in the future.
It was a while ago but as far as I remember everything came quickly and there were no problems. The main thing was that they could supply me with exactly what I needed and the prices were very good.
