Thank you for your feedback - we are so pleased to hear that when you made a claim after a serious fall from a horse in 2009, cover was authorised for a 10 day stay including an operation at a top Beijing hospital and a further 10 day stay in a good hotel as you were not able to fly home. It's great to hear there was no quibble when the hotel originally booked needed to be changed and that the cost of upgrading the flight home to suit your medical needs was covered. We are glad you were happy with the service you received and that you would definitely recommend SportsCover Direct.
