Spoken Gifts LTD レビュー

Hi, We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. We did respond to your email and advised that your order had been dispatched and was with the courier. The estimated delivery window provided at checkout was 15th–17th June, and tracking showed the parcel was due for delivery on 18th June. We completely understand how frustrating delivery delays can be, particularly when purchasing gifts for a specific occasion, and we're sorry that the parcel did not arrive within the expected timeframe. We always aim to provide helpful customer service and keep customers updated whenever issues arise. Thank you for your feedback, which we will use to continue improving our service. Kind regards, Ben Spoken Gifts
