Great Customer Service
Customer service was great, call navigation was simple so I wasn't sat on hold for hours. Diverted to the correct team and the representative was helpful and efficient.

Intermittent support levels.
Took two phonecalls to get what I needed. Second operator was very good and handled as promised, still not heard from the first operator.
