Wow! What a great comment. We are so pleased we helped make the whole process a positive experience.

We are so sorry things took longer than expected. Thank you so much for taking the time to provide us with feedback. We take on board all comments and really do try to use these to improve our service.

Great news that the purchase went well, I will pass your comments onto Joanna. Our whole ethos is to supply a first class service in all areas, so we are very sorry that you have been disappointed with the lettings side to date.  I have asked our Lettings Manager Aaron Stannard to give you a call directly to see if we can get things back on a first class track.

That's fantastic. I will pass on your comments to Zoe. (we agree by the way - she is a complete star!) Wishing you much happiness in your new home.

Thanks so much for the feedback.
