Dear Amir, We value our customers' feedback and we regret any distress or confusion caused by our previous communications. Upon reviewing the records of your interactions with our representatives, it was conveyed to you that a fee of £190 per passenger will be applied if a cancellation is made at least 24 hours before departure. If cancellations are made within 24 hours of departure, the booking becomes non-refundable. In the case of amendments, we advised you of an additional cost. It might be that the airline was able to amend the travel date at a lower cost due to their full access to inventory. However, as a travel agent, we operate within certain limitations and hence, the advised charges were communicated to you while bearing these restrictions in mind.
