I was very pleased with the service

Products as describe and delivery is fast! I have been ordering from this company for several years now. Allways excellent products and service.

Great little device for all the produce we put away in the freezer, recently changed an old broken deep chest for a new upright and need to save space wherever possible, perfect for the job.

Sent wrong item - took sousvidetools over 2 weeks to get the correct item sent out. Will never buy from them again. No real apology given, won't be recommending to anyone in the future.
