I can only apologise that the grill was not delivered next day, on some occasions there is a delay that is just beyond our control that leads to our lead time just not being met and I am sorry.
I've bought a number of items from sousvide tools and have always had excellent service and reliable delivery..thanks to dpd.
Every product (machines and vacuum bags) are great.
