Thank you for your feedback, I notice from your order that these rolls were purchased from our clearance section and aren't the same brand as you have purchased previously. For future orders if you choose our SousVideTools branded rolls these will hopefully be back to the same quality you have experienced previously.

no manufacturer recommendations for product use included, only a brief specs and safety leaflet
Fast service from Sous Vide Tools - the difficult part was choosing from their wide range of cookers! Once ordered, it arrived within a couple of days - well packaged to protect it
