The service I received when ordering the vacuum sealer rolls was fast and efficient. They arrived with in 24 hours of ordering which pleased me as I had run out!
Very unsympathetic and unhelpful about a product that was faulty from the start.

Thank you for your feedback, I feel a little unjust in the circumstances, given the original item was purchased in September 2022 and you are claiming in January 2025 that it has never worked from receipt.
