The website claims that the photos are high-quality, but I'm afraid they look like poor-quality scans. I was very disappointed with the quality of the frame as well as the quality of the images.

We’re very sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with your prints. Unfortunately we were unaware of this, but we are happy replace the item if it’s faulty, or refund your purchase if you return the item to us.
All of our products are printed to order on Fuji Chrystal Archive photographic paper and framed in hand made wooden frames with acid free mattes.

I would have liked to have the ability to track status online

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you feel our product did not reach your expectations. It is extremely rare for an incorrect product to be sent out. We did offer to rectify this for you, by paying for return postage and removing the frame for you, or advised for you to simply remove the frame yourself. The print was mounted as advised and this would have been the case even if hadn’t been framed. Apologies again for the inconvenience.

I have asked Sonic Editions on 2 occasions to phone me so that I can discuss the problem as there is no contact telephone on there website. The second time I asked them to phone me is because there is a problem with an image. I sent an email, I have had no response. I have given a poor rating because you can contact Sonic Editions by email.

Apologies, we have looked back through our records and cannot see any request to call as we pride ourselves in ensuring we respond to all customer requests within 24 hours. We have replied to all your emails promptly, we've offered to replace the items which you now claim are damaged. Our prints are framed and mounted for display, if you require them for other purposes then it's best you let us know beforehand and we're always happy to help.

This image was taken out of the frame and taken out of the mount because my friend wanted to archive the image. Sadly we found that the image was damaged, this damage was hidden by the mounting.
I have found out from Sonic Editions that we could have ordered this item un-mounted had we ordered mounted (only), then sent a email requesting be un-mounted. Shame we don't know that before
