Hi Meghan, We’re sorry you’re upset about this, but we’re unable to pay duty or taxes charged on Canadian orders. All orders in the USA, UK and EU are delivered without any charges as we manufacture in all these locations, but, as we say clearly on the site, any customs charges outside those areas are not included. I’m sorry if this was unexpected but all customs or import charges are totally outside our control.
