Rang the company for some information about the awning (would it fir my campervan etc) the gentleman I spoke to was patient,listened and gave good advice.
Answered phone straight away as well.

No problems with the garment dispatch, however tardy response to crediting for a returned garment. Had to chase for a response over a month later - still not received.

Thanks for the great feedback, its really appreciated. Regarding the fabric getting trapped we think you are referring to the fabric sleeve that would be used for the pole and clamp kit. May we suggest calling Khyam Technical help directly as they may be able to offer a solution.Happy Camping
