Unfortunately the awning rail arrived broken (which happens) but after reporting this with Paypal and sending an email with pictures requesting action no one has replied.
Excellent staff,very friendly,helpful and efficient. Delivery was brilliant the item arrived the next day. Would recommend to other people and definitely use again.
The tent we ordered was recalled before delivery and Somerset Camping were very helpful in resolving the issue by offering us a more expensive alternative or a refund. Following some further research...
