Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. I will follow up with you individually to run through some of the points you have raised. Certainly regarding the hardware issues, i have just had sign off for bigger screens in our training room and I will review the machine performance as to why the systems struggled. Thanks for taking the time to fill out the survey. What you have suggested is certainly something we are considering- it is always difficult to judge skill sets before attending, but I do agree that we have some quite experienced users on this course that attend to brush up their knowledge and naturally take the content very quickly.
